I've just decided to take the CMS (Content Management System) development to a whole new level... I'm now creating a team of programmers/designers to create the open-source public CMS system. There is no monetary compensations or any other compensation rather then being the people participating in the development of the CMS and as a result, being the first one to test and use the program once finished.

We need the following people (the requirements are written right below them... if you want to participate, please send me a PM and I would add you in). The title descriptions are in italics.

PHP Ninja
The person who would mainly write the PHP source for the CMS

• Know how to code in PHP5 and MySQL
• Knows OOP
• Can read and understand already written code
• Good programming technique

JavaScript Ninja
The person writing the JavaScript components to the CMS

• Know proper and modern JavaScript
• Well versed in JavaScript. Able to write complex scripts

Visual Graphics Designer
The person who would create the images for the design

• Creating good graphics with a defined palette

XHTML Developer
The person who implements the images and creates an effective layout and design that works well with the PHP site. Also positions the elements in the most effective and proper places.

• Know proper XHTML coding
• Able to properly and cleverly implement XHTML knowledge
• Can place certain elements in the most effective place on design
• Effective layouts and designs

Content Specialist
The person who writes the content in the CMS system once most arduous work has being done.

• Can write good content
• Good grammar and spelling (Don't look at me... I don't know English well enough... I was born in Ukraine )

That's about it. I'll be playing a role in about every one of those as I'm the team leader (so far anyway... nobody mutinied yet )

All this allows members do is participate in a helpful and effective manner to aid in the development of the CMS system. Your work and contributions would be recognized and put into the credits... any developer would also be support for what they did (If they agree to be... they are not obligated to be though).

I have created a system in which we could collaborate our work and work as a team... May need some fixes, but I think it would work... I don't know yet, since I'm the only developer so far
